Dear Jim,

Thank you so much for the excellent service that Freestone provided for Grace Lutheran Church and Dayschool's annual golf outing.  Moving an event to a new location is always a challenge, however you and your staff made it quite easy.  The event was a huge success and much of the reason is because of you and your staff.  All of your employees were very helpful and kind.  When we arrived everything was in place and it made it very easy for a smooth set up.  The prices were very reasonable, it allowed us to make money for our annual fundraiser.

I wanted to share with you some of the comments that we heard from our guests: "Freestone is a beautiful course", "All of the staff has been so helpful", "The food was delicious", "Let's have the event here next year".  Pastor Lynn, our Senior Pastor, thought the course was beautiful, and looks forward to golfing at your course for personal enjoyment.

TRM Memorial

Dear Mr. Polinchok:

    Please accept our sincerest appreciation following the 2nd Annual Todd Reed McClintock Memorial Golf Outing 2009, held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at your golf course in Port Matilda, PA.  Blessed with warm weather and sunny skies, the event was a huge success and a truly memorable weekend.

    This year, we had 45 golfers participate and over 60 people join us for the weekend, with attendees coming from the Northeastern United States and even as far as California.  Through the generosity and support of our golfers, friends and families, business sponsors, and other organizations, the outing raised approximately $3,100.00, all of which was donated, in Todd's memory, to support blood cancer research and provide financial support to families with loved ones afflicted by leukemia and lymphoma.

    On behalf of the McClintock family and the TRM Memorial Planning Committee, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to you and your staff for making our outing a very memorable and successful event.  We truly appreciate the dedicated, personal and friendly attention that you and your staff provided the TRM Memorial Golf Outing.
