Video lessons
Freestone offers state of the art video lessons. We utilize digital camera technology coupled with sport movement analysis software to provide the ultimate educational opportunity. Students will review video with our
Teaching Professionals and then prescriptive instruction will be provided. Students will also receive a computer disk of the lesson.
